Good morning, Sarah and CES staff! I hope this email finds you well as the new year approaches. VNRC’s search for the next 2024 Mollie Beattie Intern is now underway, and I am once again hoping you’ll assist me in appealing directly to qualified and interested Williams College students (and recent graduates).
The Mollie Beattie Internship is a paid internship (up to $6,400 for approximately 8-10 weeks of work) for graduate-level students or recent graduates who intend to pursue a career in environmental science or natural resources policy or law. We’re looking to host the intern for an 8-10 week period between June and August 2024, but the deadline for interested applicants is January 8, 2024. We’d prefer a candidate that is available for in-person work, but most of the responsibilities can be conducted remotely. We’ve found that more direct outreach to students has yielded much better results than a simple job listing (although it is posted on Handshake as of this morning), so any and all assistance spreading the word is greatly appreciated.
