The Public Service Board of Vermont has announced that the Hearing Officer, Ed McNamara, Staff Attorney will hold a prehearing conference pursuant to Section 248, on Friday, November 19th, 2010 regarding the Petition of Beaver Wood Energy for a Certificate of Public Service to install and operate a biomass plant and a integrated wood pellet facility in Pownal, VT. (Docket 7678)
The hearing will be held in the Public Service Board Hearing Room, 3rd floor, Chittenden Bank Building, 112 State St., Montpelier, VT., Friday, November 19th, 1 pm.
The hearing will be held in conjunction with a pre-hearing for the Beaver Wood Energy Fair Haven petition, Docket 7679. The purpose of the pre-hearing to identify issues that require resolution and determine a schedule for the cases.
